2. Who We Are

Major.quest ("we", "us", "our") is an independent information portal. We are not a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), do not deliver nationally recognised training, and do not issue statements of attainment, certificates or licences. All training is delivered by our partner Major Training Group (RTO 6139, ABN 98 057 404 074) at major.edu.au under its own terms.

4. Use of the Website

All training-related transactions – enrolment, fees, prerequisites, assessments, statements of attainment, USI, complaints and appeals, refunds – are handled by Major Training Group under its own terms and student policies. Major.quest is not a party to those transactions and does not act as an agent, employer, broker or education agent.

Content is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, or career-professional advice.

7. Third-Party Links

The Website links to third-party sites including major.edu.au. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

8. Communications

By submitting an enquiry, you consent to receive replies by email, SMS or phone at the contact details you provided, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). You can opt out of marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link.

9. Intellectual Property

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Our total liability for any claim arising in connection with the Website is limited to AUD 100.
